Property Caretaker

Are you a hardworking individual that takes pride in your work? Looking for someone to maintain a property in west Greeley. This position requires a well-rounded person with customer service skills, motivation for physical labor providing a variety of whole property care services.

Maintenance work consists of general property maintenance which includes but is not limited to: spring yard clean up, turf aeration, clean-up of winter debris in plant beds, pruning perennial shrubs and small trees, fertilizer applications and general yard care. Hauling and dumping debris generated from property maintenance. Hauling and installation of various landscape materials needed to maintain landscape appearances. Filling in any gaps with sprinkler and landscape project work. The right candidate should be a hardworking, task oriented individual and can receive and follow instructions and takes pride in their work.

This position is a full time, manual labor job that requires working outside in any weather.

Job responsibilities include:

· Landscaping (raking, planting, mulching, edging, soil prep, sodding/seeding)

· Maintenance (mowing, watering, trimming, cleaning, snow removal)

· Sprinkler install (digging, trenching, sprinkler repair)

· General Labor (special projects as assigned)

***feed, clean stalls and care for horses while they are on property***

Requirements:

· Hard working and motivated

· Ability to show up on time and appropriately dressed for the work

· Reliable transportation

· Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.50 to $16.50 per hour dependent on experience level
